摘要
通过正交试验对钢铁基体表面化学镀镍钴磷合金配方进行了选择,并对选择出的配方进行了性能测试。结果表明:化学镀镍钴磷合金镀层较致密,无明显缺陷,表面呈现有微裂纹的膜层状结构,镀层含钴48.72%(质量分数),晶相结构为晶态,化学镀镍钴磷镀层的电化学反应电阻与化学镀镍磷层相比提高了26%,化学镀镍钴磷合金的耐腐蚀性优于化学镀镍磷合金。
The formula of electroless nickel-cobalt-phosphorus alloy on the surface of iron and steel was selected by orthogonal experiment, and the performance test of the selected formula was carried out. The results showed that electroless nickel cobalt phosphorus alloy coating was more compact, no obvious defects, the surface of the film like structure with micro-cracks, the coating contains cobalt 48.72% and the crystal phase structure is crystal, the electrochemical reaction resistance of electroless nickel coating increased by 26 % compared with that of electroless nickel plating, the corrosion resistance of electroless nickel cobalt phosphorus alloy was better than that of electroless nickel phosphorus alloy.
