摘要 目的:探讨超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分类在诊断乳腺癌中的价值分析。方法:212例乳腺患者术前行常规超声检查,并对发现的254个结节进行常规BI-RADS分类,术后病理结果与BI-RADS对照分析。结果:254个结节中,BI-RADS 3类40个,4a类106个,4b类42个,4c类40个,5类22个,6类4个。术后病理证实良性结节162个,恶性结节92个,BI-RADS分类诊断乳腺癌的敏感性为95.6%(88/92),特异性为82.7%(134/162)。结论:超声BI-RADS分类诊断乳腺癌敏感性较高,具备很好的应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) classification in the diagnosis of breast cancer in the value analysis.Method:A total of 212 patients of breast cancer routine ultrasound with 254 nodules conventional BI-RADS classification,pathology results were compared with the BI-RADS.Result:The 254 cases of nodules, BI-RADS 3 category of 40 cases,4a category of 106 cases,4b category of 42 cases,4c category of 40 cases,5 category of 22 cases,6 category of 4 cases.162 cases with pathologically confirmed benign nodules,92 cases with malignant nodules,the sensitivity of BI-RADS classification diagnosis of breast cancer was 95.6%(88/92) and specificity of 82.7%(134/162).Conclusion:Ultrasound BI-RADS classification has higher breast cancer diagnostic sensitivity and with good value.
