茂名地区基层医院深静脉置管护理难点及存在问题

Nursing Difficulties and Problems of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters in Maoming Primary Hospitals

目的:探讨深静脉置管(PICC)在茂名基层医院开展的可行性及安全性。方法:通过对高州市人民医院经外周静脉行深静脉置管的250例患者PICC维护情况作回顾性分析,发现PICC维护在基层医院的护理难点及存在问题。结果:茂名基层医院的PICC维护条件还不够成熟,存在很多的问题,患者带管出院期间护理不到位并导致并发症较高,经过干预后,并发症相对减少。结论:在有条件的基层医院,通过有效的干预措施,并确保询证实践,开展外周静脉置入中心静脉导管是安全可行的。

Objective：To explore the feasibility and safety of peripherally inserted central catheters（PICC） carried out in Maoming Primary Hospitals.Method：The PICC maintenance of 250 patients who had peripheral vein with PICC in the People＇s Hospital of Gaozhou were analyzed retrospectively,the nursing difficulties and problems of PICC in primary hospitals were found.Result：PICC maintenance conditions in Maoming Primary Hospitals were not mature enough and there were lots of problems.When patients with tube discharged from hospitals,the percentage of complications was higher because their nursing didn＇t reach designated position,hower after intervention, complications decreased.Conclusion：So carrying out Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters is safe and feasible with effective intervention measures and ensuring the evidence-based practise in conditional primary hospitals.
