“中国伦理精神”的建构与发越——樊浩先生伦理学研究之一瞥

The Construction and Development of“Chinese Ethical Spirit”: A Glimpse of Prof. Fan Hao's Ethics Research

樊浩先生近三十年的学术生涯,从其所确立的旨趣、铸造的品格到创设的论题皆别具一格,蔚为伦理学领域之一大景观,其中又以"伦理精神"的申述与阐发最为别具匠心。伦理精神不是对伦理精神化或精神伦理化的简单解释,而是以此达成对人类精神终极追求的探寻,即探究伦理精神作为"单一物与普遍物的统一"之至善究竟对人类文明发展意味着什么;切近而言,即是中国伦理精神对中国现代社会形态具有何种意义。对此,樊浩先生不惜运用一种近乎偏执的"文化战略"之深沉笔触、势大力沉的理论思辨和"顶天立地"的担当意识来展开其思考,为此所展开的对于全球化背景下"文明冲突"的伦理省思、韦伯创制"理想类型"之伦理范型的方法论超越、黑格尔精神哲学形态方法的批判性借用、生态哲学借以建基的"价值生态"的方法论发越等,都被创造性地融入"伦理精神"主题的卓越运思当中。显然,樊浩先生的伦理思考不是对伦理世界的单纯观照与直观映射,而是通过伦理世界进入到对整个精神世界的哲学反思。他新近指出的人类文明必将以"伦理共和"的方式完成自身多样性体系建构这一观念,再度反映出这一致思取向。

After nearly three decades academic career,Prof. Fan Hao has already constructed a huge areas of ethics landscape,the established purport,casting character and also the created topics are unique,among which the representations and elucidation of'ethical spirit'is the most ingenuity. Ethics spirit is not a simple interpretation of spirit spiritualisation or ethical spirit,but is to explore the ultimate pursuit of the human spirit,namely to explore what it( the perfection of the ethical spirit) means to the development of human civilization. In this regard,Prof. Fan Hao is not hesitating to use deep strokes of'strategic culture'and profound theoretical speculation to expand those academic issues. And then,all the researches—the ethical reflection of'clash of civilizations'linked with globalization,the methodology transcendence of Weber's ethical paradigm,a critical research method based on the method of Hegel's philosophy of mind, the methodology transcendence of 'ecological value ' built by the ecological philosophy,all of them have been creatively integrated into the 'ethical spirit ' among the topics of operational excellence thought. Obviously, Prof. Fan Hao's ethical thinking is not just the pure contemplation and intuitive mapping of the ethical world,but philosophical reflection into the whole spiritual world through ethical world. His recently speech that human civilization will complete the construction of its own through a bound manner of 'Ethical Republic ',once again reflects his whole thought orientation.
