摘要
近年来随着国内经济发展和生活水平的提高,出境旅游越来越受到人们的欢迎,境外消费规模不断扩大,随之而来的消费退税也越来越受到关注。本文提出了一种银行卡跨境退税处理系统,采用了基于SOA的设计思想。介绍了系统的总体架构和接口标准,具体描述了系统实现技术、服务的封装方法以及退税交易的系统处理流程,并从金融安全的角度对异常情况下的处理进行了分析说明。该系统具有较强的开放性和扩展性,适用于各类银行和退税机构的接入。
In recent years, with the development of the domestic economy and the improvement of living standards, traveling abroad becomes more and more popular, and the scale of consumption abroad is constantly expanding, then tax refund is also getting more and more attention. This paper introduces a bank card cross-border tax refund system, which is based on Service-Oriented Architecture. The article focuses on the system architecture and interface standards, describes the system implementation technology and service encapsulation method. Finally, the paper proposes the system processing flow of tax refund transaction, gives the analysis and solution to abnormal situation from the perspective of fi nancial security. The system has strong openness and extensibility, and it is suitable for the access of all kinds of banks and tax refund institutions.
