提高学生就业竞争力是应用型本科院校生存和发展的根本要求,学校要通过开展富有实效性的就业指导,帮助学生树立正确的就业观,调整、修订应用型本科院校学生的培养方案,充分体现培养技术技能型人才的目标,提高学生职业能力。开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动,为学生提高沟通、交际与管理能力提供平台,提升学生综合素质;开展职业资格证书教育,培养学生职业能力,实现专业与岗位的对接,全面加强创新创业能力的培养。

It is the basic to improve the employment competitiveness of students for application- oriented universities. The university should take some measures as follows： carry out effective employment guidance,help students to establish a scientific view of employment,adjust and revise the training plan of the students,enhance the vocational ability of students so as to cultivate skilled talents,carry out rich and colorful campus cultural activities and improve their comprehensive ability,develop vocational qualification certificate education and strengthen the training of innovation.
