某船舶舵承加工工艺研究与实践

摘要 结合某船舶舵系维修中舵承加工实例,在对舵系长时间沿左右方向大幅度振动故障进行分析的基础上,查阅大量资料并分析材料特性,制订详细缜密的舵承加工工艺,确定了先磨削舵杆外圆和不锈钢套,然后再加工舵承的修理方案。舵承的成功加工,实现了以修代换,节约了修理成本,为今后解决其他类似问题提供了一定的参考价值。 Combining with the example of ship rudder system maintenance, based on the analysis of rudder system long time vibrating by a large margin along left and right direction, the researcher consults a large amount of data, analyzes material characteristics, develops the detailed rudder bearing processing technology, and determines the maintenance scheme of grinding rudder stock's outer circle and stainless steel sleeve first, then processing the rudder bearing. The successful processing technology of rudder bearing realizes the repair substitution, which saves repair cost, and provides reference for solving the similar problems in future.
