摘要
相控阵的声场噪声要远远复杂于常规探头的噪声,为了合理的控制噪声,提高信噪比及检测灵敏度,就聚焦法则中接收和发射晶片的起始位置、分辨率值、折射角以及动态聚焦4个方面对检测噪声的影响进行了测试及分析。结果表明:接收和发射晶片的起始位置、折射角是影响噪声的主要因素;分辨率值不影响噪声的分布和水平,只影响图像的清晰度;动态聚焦不影响楔块或耦合产生的噪声水平或分布。
The phased array acoustic field noise is more complex than the conventional probe noise. In order to reasonably control the noise, improve the SNR and the detection sensitivity, the researcher tests and analyzes the influence of the four aspects, including the initial position of receiving and transmitting chip in the focal law,resolution value, refraction angle, and dynamic focusing, on noise testing. The results show that the initial position of receiving and transmitting chip and the refraction angle are the main factors affecting noise; resolution value does not affect the distribution and the level of noise, but affects only the image clarity; dynamic focusing does not affect the wedge block or coupling noise level and distribution.
