高职院校顶岗实习期学生党支部工作途径研究

Exploration on Internship Student Party Branch Work in Higher Vocational College

顶岗实习是高职院校实践性教学体系的重要组成部分,但也为高职学生党支部建设带来巨大挑战。高职院校应重视顶岗实习期学生党建工作,构建顶岗实习期学生党支部建设新平台,实现顶岗实习期学生党员教育的强渗透,规范顶岗实习期学生党员管理制度,进一步提升顶岗实习期学生党支部服务能力,做好学生党员发展和教育管理工作。

The internship is an important part of practical teaching system in higher vocational college.However, it brings great challenges for higher vocational student Party branch construction. Higher vocational college should pay attention to the internship student Party construction work, set up the new platform for it,realize the strong penetration of internship student Party member education, specify its management system, and further enhance the Party branch＇s service ability, so as to do a good job in the work of student Party member development and education management.
