摘要 [目的]系统评价运动对代谢综合征病人血脂水平的影响。[方法]计算机检索中国生物医学文献(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang Data)、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library,收集所有运动对代谢综合征病人血脂水平影响的随机对照试验(RCT),按照纳入标准选择文献、提取资料和评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入10个RCT。Meta分析结果显示:干预后,试验组与对照组血脂水平[腹围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)]比较,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]运动可以有效降低代谢综合征病人的WC、TG、SBP、DBP、FPG水平,升高其HDL-C水平。 Objective:To evaluate the influence of movement on blood lipid level of metabolic syndrome patients. Methods:Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM),CNKI,VIP database (VIP),Wanfang (Wanfang Data), PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library were retrieved by the computer to collect all random trials (RCTs)on the influence of movement on blood lipid level of metabolic syndrome patients.Based on the inclusion criteria to se-lect the document,extract the data and assess the quality of methodology,Revman 5 .2 software was used for meta analysis.Results:A total of 10 RCTs were included.The Meta analysis results showed that:after the inter-vention,the differences were statistically significant in the blood lipid level (WC,SBP,blood lipid level of DBP, HDL C,FPG,TG)between experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Exercise can effectively re-duce the Mets patients’WC,TG,SBP,DBP and FPG levels and enhance their HDL C level.
