意象思维在五脏生理特性构建中的作用

Function of Imagery Thinking on Physiological Property Construction of Five Zang Organs

运用文献研究方法,探析意象思维对五脏生理特性形成的发生学影响。认为意象思维指导着五脏生理特性的构建,如五脏阴阳属性认识源于阴阳象的归类,五脏本性记述源于四时象的比拟,五脏气机升降理论源于天地象的类比。指出五脏生理特性乃至整个中医基本理论的形成,均与立象尽意的思维方式密切相关。揭示从意象思维视角寻找五脏生理特性等中医基本理论的发生学依据,有助于更好地理解其理论涵义并有效指导临床实践。

By exploring the embryology influence of imagery thinking on physiological property development of the five zang organs through literature search,this paper believes that imagery thinking serve as the guidance for the construction of five zang organs＇ physiological property.For instance,the concepts of yin-yang attribute of five zang organs originate from the classification of yin-yang image.The records concerning nature of five zang organs derive from the analogy of four-season image.And the theory of qi ascending and descending movement stems from the analogy of heaven-earth image.All such indicates that the formation of physiological property of five zang organs and even the whole basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the imagery thinking pattern.Hence,this paper further reveals the embryology evidence for such basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine as physiological property of five zang organs,so as to better explain the theory connotation and provide efficient guidance for clinical practice.
