摘要
男性脂溢性脱发是一种最为常见的脱发,其发病基础是皮脂分泌过多,糠秕孢子菌感染为其诱发或加重的重要因素,临床常规治疗停药后易复发,疗效难以稳固持久.用热水定期烫头可以杀灭糠秕孢子菌.为此,通过观察定期热水烫头治疗男性脂溢性脱发之疗效,明确用热水定期烫头可延缓病情的发展,且其效果优于临床常规治疗方案(P=0.011).
The most common symptom of males hair-losing is caused by seborrheica which is the pathogenesis basis. Infection with scurfin pityrosporion ovale is a key factor to induce or aggravate it. The clinical conventional therapy relapses easily after drug withdrawal and the curative effect is hard to last. Scalp-heating in hot water can kill scurfin pityrosporion ovale,so the therapeutic effect was observed and studied to make certain that the development of the symptom is delayed and the therapeutic effect is superior than conventional therapy（ P = 0. 011）.
