医院药房药品的效期管理与研究

Management and Research on the effect of drug in hospital pharmacy

目的:探讨医院药房药品的效期管理方法,并提出合理化建议。方法:实施药品效期管理优化,比较优化前后平均每月用药突发状况和患者用药满意度。结果:药库效期管理优化后平均每月的用药突发状况显著降低,患者满意度显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药品效期优化管理可有效提升工作效率,保证用药安全,避免医疗资源浪费,并且能提高患者用药满意度。

Objective：to explore the effective management of the hospital pharmacy drugs method,and put forward reasonable Suggestions.Method：The implementation of drug effective management,optimization,compared before and after optimization, the average monthly medical emergency and patient satisfaction.Results：pharmacy after effective management to optimize the average monthly medical emergency is significantly reduced, patient satisfaction increased significantly,differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：drug effective optimization management can effectively improve work efficiency,to ensure the safety of medication, the waste of medical resources,avoid and can improve the patients＇satisfaction.
