To improve the methods in hospital managements is essentially to develop the digitalization and refinement in each process of hospital management,which can improve the efficiency and execution of hospital organization and management. The paper will present a deeper analysis on medical records administration on the delicacy hospital management,and explore more methods in recognition and utilization of medical records,along with the methods to refine hospital management.
