思想政治教育工作一直是我国医疗卫生事业良性发展的强有力保障。近年来,随着社会经济的蓬勃发展,广大群众对医疗服务者的要求不断提高,医院的思想政治教育工作也面临新的挑战。同时,中国高校扩招后大批青年学生逐渐从高校毕业走向医护工作岗位,要提供更好的医疗卫生服务,营造医患和谐的良好氛围,广大青年医护工作者是关键。因此,在新时期加强对青年医务工作者的思想政治工作,特别是把社会主义核心价值观和中国梦的主题教育融入到思想政治教育当中去,是各级医疗服务机构乃至整个医疗服务行业都必须着重解决的问题之一。

A large number of students enter into medical posts upon graduation.Young medical staff are the key to providing quality medical service and building up harmonious atmosphere. Hence,it is the pressing issue for medicare centers of various levels and the medical service industry to strengthen ideological and political work to the young medical staff and incorporate socialist core values and Chinese dream into ideological education.
