舒芬太尼对硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术后的超前镇痛作用

Sufentanil on uterus under epidural blockade cut all postoperative analgesic action in advance

目的:探讨在硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术中应用舒芬太尼取得的镇痛效果。方法:选择某医院接受硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术患者144例,分别为观察组与对照组,观察两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组中患者手术后VAS评分明显优于对照组;观察组患者与对照组患者不良反应发生率相比不存在统计学差异。结论:在硬膜外阻滞下子宫全切术中给予患者舒芬太尼具有较好的超前镇痛效果,可使患者手术中疼痛明显减轻,有利于手术顺利进行,并且该药物不会导致不良反应增加,有着较高安全性。

Objective：To investigate the uterus under epidural block all cut method in the application of sufentanil analgesic effect.Methods：our hospital to accept under epidural block 144 patients with uterine full cut method, observation group and control group, respectively, to observe clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results：the observation group of patients after surgery in VAS score was better than control group;Observation group patients incidence of adverse reactions compared with control group patients there is no statistical difference.Conclusion：under epidural block in the womb all intraoperative give patients with sufentanil has a better analgesic effect in advance, can make the patients pain significantly reduce in the operation,is advantageous to the operation smoothly, and it will not cause adverse drug reactions increase, has a higher security.
