经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定与开放手术内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨对胸腰椎骨折以经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定治疗与开放手术内固定得到的临床效果。方法:选择曾在某医院接受治疗的胸腰椎骨折96例,分为观察组与对照组,分别以经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定与开放手术内固定治疗。结果:观察组患者临床症状改善情况优于对照组;观察组患者手术情况优于对照组。结论:以经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定与开放手术内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折均可得到一定临床效果,但经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定方法效果相对比较理想。 Objective:To explore the thoracolumbar fractures treated with percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation and internal fixation for the clinical effect of open surgery.Methods:in our hospital to receive treatment of 146 cases of thoracolumbar fractures, expressed in observation group and control group, respectively by percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation and internal fixation of open surgery treatment. Results:the observation group of patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation is better than the control group; Surgery in patients with observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation and open surgery fixation treatment thoracolumbar fractures are certain clinical effect can be obtained, but the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation method is comparatively ideal.
