人性化护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复效果的影响

Influence of humanized nursing intervention on rehabilitation effects of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨人性化护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复效果的影响。方法:研究对象选取某医院老年慢性心力衰竭患者共50例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和干预组(25例),分别给予内科常规护理干预和在此基础上加用人性化护理干预;比较两组患者临床疗效,干预前后6MWT水平、MLHF-Q评分及护理满意度等。结果:干预组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后6MWT水平和MLHF-Q评分均显著优于对照组、干预前(P<0.05);干预组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者可显著缓解心衰症状,提高生活质量和运动耐力,并有助于提高护理服务满意程度。

Objective：To investigate the influence of humanized nursing intervention on rehabilitation effects of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：50 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group （25 patients） with conventional nursing intervention and intervention group （25 patients） with humanized nursing intervention on the basis of control group; and the clinical curative effect, 6MWT level and MLHF-Q score before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results：The clinical curative effect of intervention group was significant better than control group（P〈0.05）.The 6MWT level and MLHF-Q score after intervention of intervention group was significant better than control group and before intervention（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of intervention group was significant better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanized nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic heart failure can efficiently relieve the symptoms of heart failure, elevate the quality of life and exercise tolerance and be helpful to improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
