去除与保留血痂对预防牵引针眼感染的比较研究

A comparative study of Removal and retention Blood scab in the preventing of infection in skeletal traction

目的:观察去除与保留针眼处血痂对应用美皮康预防骨牵引针眼感染的效果并比较。方法:将符合标准的58例骨牵引患者随机分为两组,对照组在应用美皮康预防针眼感染时去除针眼处血痂,实验组在应用美皮康预防针眼感染时保留针眼处血痂。结果:对照组感染率6.7%,实验组感染率7.1%。结论:两组患者牵引针眼感染率差异无统计学意义。

Objective：Observation of removal and retention needle blood scab infection prevention traction needle effect and comparison of the application of Mepilex.Methods：To conform to the standards of 58 cases with bone traction were randomly divided into two groups, the control group in the application of Mepilex prevent infection in the eye of the needle removed stythe eye of a needle blood scab, the experimental group in the application of Mepilex prevent infection in the eye of the needle retention needle blood scab.Results：The infection rate of control group was 6.7%, the infection rate of the experimental group was 7.1%.Conclusion：The patients of the two groups had no significant difference in infection rate of traction needle.
