品管圈活动提高胰腺炎病人饮食知晓率效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨品管圈活动提高胰腺炎病人饮食知晓率的效果。方法:科室成立品管圈小组,选定"提高胰腺炎病人饮食知晓率"为主题,对活动开展现状调查,分析原因,设定目标,制定对策,组织实施,效果检查及巩固措施等程序,比较品管圈前后的效果。结果:实施品管圈后,胰腺炎病人饮食知晓率由活动前的20%提高至76%,达到预期效果。结论:品管圈活动不仅提高了胰腺炎病人饮食知晓率,促进其机体康复,而且还提高了科室成员之间团结协作、护士综合素质,有利于护理服务质量持续改进。 Objective:To explore the effect of improving the awareness rate of the diet of the patients with pancreatitis by the activity of the coil.Methods:Department set up the quality control circle group, selected “to improve the diet of patients with pancreatitis awareness”as the theme, carried out investigation, analyzing causes, setting goals, and formulating measures, after organization,implementation, inspection and consolidation measures, effects before and after using quality control circle were compared.Results:after the implementation of quality control circle, before the event, the 20% rate increased to 76% known pancreatitis patients diet, having achieved the desired effect.Conclusion:the quality control circle activities not only can raise diet awareness rate of pancreatitis patients and promote the rehabilitation, but also improve cooperation and unity of the members of the Department , elevate comprehensive quality of nurses, which is of great significance to the continuous quality improvement of nursing service.
