护理干预对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响研究

The influence of nursing intervention in patients with tuberculosis medication adherence

目的:分析护理干预在肺结核患者临床护理中的应用对患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将在某医院接受治疗的78例肺结核患者采用单双号法平均分成干预组和一般组,对一般组患者实施一般护理,对干预组患者实施护理干预,比较两组患者的服药依从性。结果:护理前调查发现两组患者的服药完全依从率比较差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后干预组患者的服药完全依从率明显高于一般组患者(P<0.05),肺结核相关知识掌握情况明显优于一般组患者(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预在肺结核患者临床护理中的应用,可有效提高肺结核患者的服药依从性和对自身疾病的认识。

Objective：To analyze the application of the nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis clinical nursing effects on patients with medication adherence.Methods：78 cases of tuberculosis patients in hospital for treatment. The average method is divided into intervention group and general group, the implementation of general nursing in patients with general group, the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with intervention group, the comparison of two groups of patients medication compliance.Results：two groups of patients before treatment survey of medication adherence rate completely compare difference is not obvious （P〉0.05）, medication nursing intervention group patients after complete the compliance rate is significantly higher than the general group of patients （P〈0.05）, tuberculosis related knowledge is superior to the general group of patients （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the application of clinical nursing can effectively improve pulmonary tuberculosis patients＇ medication compliance and understanding of their disease.
