Teaching experience in flexible ureteroscopy technique

近年来输尿管软镜技术受到越来越多的泌尿外科医生重视。输尿管软镜可在直视下观察各个肾盏以及肾盂、输尿管、膀胱和尿道等整个泌尿系统,在泌尿系统疾病的诊断和治疗中有着不可或缺的地位。输尿管软镜价格昂贵且易损坏,且其操作难度大,学习曲线较长,有必要进行规范化教学。

In recent years,more and more urological surgeons pay attention to flexible ureteroscope technology. The whole urinary system including every renal pelvis and calyces,ureter,urinary bladder and urethra can be observed directly under flexible ureteroscope,which pays an indispensable role in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary system diseases.Flexible ureteroscope is very expensive and easily damaged,furthermore,it is very difficulty in operating with long learning curve,therefore,it is necessary to teach standardized management.
