摘要 从老年服务与管理专业人才需求量、培养层次结构、师资力量、实习实训基地建设等方面,指出我国老年服务与管理专业人才培养存在的主要问题,通过借鉴日、美等经济发达国家老年服务与管理专业人才培养的经验和做法,探讨我国老年服务与管理专业人才培养的积极意义和对策。 From Talent Demand,training Hierarchy,Teachers’level,practice and training base and so on of Elderly services and management professional,point out that the main problem of Personnel training of Elderly services and management in our country.By using the experience and practice of Personnel training of Elderly services and management professional of developed countries such as Japan, the United States,to explore the positive significance and Countermeasure of Personnel training of Elderly services and management in our country.
