摘要
目的:探讨妇科手术后腹部切口应用微波理疗效果。方法:将同期患者62例随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。观察组于术后第四天应用微波治疗仪照射切口,对照组采用常规护理。结果:观察组切口愈合情况,住院天数较对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:妇科手术后腹部切口微波理疗对于切口的愈合起到很好的促进作用。
Objective：To explore the effect of microwave therapy in abdominal incisions after gynecological surgery.Methods：A total of 62 cases of gynecologic abdominal surgery patients during the same period were divided into observation group and the control group randomly（n=31）.Apply microwave irradiation incision in the observation group 4 days ofter the surgery while the control group using conventional care.Results：The incision healing rate and the hospitalization days in observation group had significant difference with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Microwave therapy for abdominal incision after gynecological surgery plays a good role in promoting incision healing.
