How to prevent and treat iatrogenic complications during laparoscopic gynecologic surgery

目的:探讨分析妇科腹腔镜手术中如何预防和治疗严重的医源性并发症,方法:某医院接受治疗的患者病情属于妇科腹腔镜手术患者诊断标准的50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例患者。结果:观察组患者的医源性并发症远远低于对照组,评分明显下降。结论:手术前的充分准备以及规范的操作都有助于并发症的减少。手术难度低也有助于并发症的发生。

Objective：To investigate the analysis of how to prevent and treat the serious complications of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery in hospital.Methods：50 cases our hospital treated patients belong to the standard diagnosis of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 25 patients with iatrogenic complications.Results：in the observation group the patient is much lower than the control group, scores decreased significantly.Fully prepared before surgery and conclusion standardized operation are helpful to reduce the complications of surgery.The difficulty of low also help complications.
