摘要
近年来越来越多的肥胖患者接受减重外科手术,并取得了良好的减重效果。该文对1例重度肥胖患者行减重手术的围手术期个案护理进行探讨,心理护理、协助完成术前检查、胃肠道准备、皮肤准备、呼吸道管理、并发症观察及饮食和运动的指导等。
In recent years,more and more obese patients received Bariatric surgery,and achieved good results.In this paper,1 cases of severe obesity patients with weight loss surgery perioperative nursing care were discussed,summarized nursing measures：psychological nursing, assistance to complete preoperative examination, gastrointestinal preparation,skin preparation,respiratory tract management,complication observation,diet guidance, etc.
