摘要
报道1例CRT-D囊袋感染后导线拔除患者的护理经验。术前做好心理沟通,完善术前检查,术中专人配合,术后密切观察生命体征及心电血压监测,及时发现患者的并发症,加强切口换药护理。该例患者手术成功,恢复良好,切口愈合出院。
The nursing experience of 1 cases of patients with CRT-D infected by the lead extraction was reported. Preoperative psychological communication,improve the preoperative examination, technical secondary school,close observation of vital signs and blood pressure monitoring,timely detection of patients with complications,to strengthen the wound dressing nursing.The patient was successful in operation and recovered well, and the wound was healed and discharged.
