健康体检超重及肥胖者与饮食运动的相关因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 背景:当前普遍采用体质量指数作为衡量超重,肥胖已成为防治慢性病的重要指标。目的:分析健康体检超重者,肥胖者与饮食运动相关因素。方法:按体质量指数24kg/m^2为临界点对2013年4月至2014年4月在解放军济南军区青岛第二疗养院体检中心完成相关体检项目的健康体检者37155例进行超重,肥胖检测。结果与结论:受试者超重朋巴胖者检出率达41.2%;超重朋巴胖者收缩压和舒张压的比率大于非超重朋巴胖者。结果说明,对超重,肥胖这应合理安排饮食,加强体力活动和锻炼,定期体检并检测相关项目,从而降低高血压、高血脂、高血糖的发病率,对于有效预防心血管疾病的发生将会产生重要积极作用。
