The period of 13 th Five-Year is an important strategic transition period of Two Centenary Goals in China.The development of Qingdao is facing a treasurable historical opportunity.As an important economic center city in coastal China,Qingdao has prominent development advantages and new strategic driving forces.In the new historical period,Qingdao will form the overall shape of modern international city with regional wide influences and sustainable development capacities.Qingdao will accelerate the development of driving forces in innovation,high degree of industry,industrial services,regional coordination,social governance,cultural soft power,sustainable development and so on,so as to lay a solid foundation for the livability and happiness construction of a modern international city.
