青岛胶州湾围填海整治困境与对策研究

Research on the Governance Dilemma and Countermeasure of Reclamation in Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao

随着人们海洋意识的提高,海洋经济已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。胶州湾作为连接陆地与海洋的枢纽,其开发强度逐渐增强,自然岸线及生态环境也受到了破坏。建议采取陆海统筹、运用互联网技术、引入PPP模式等对策进行围填海,这有利于在胶州湾开展蓝色海湾整治行动,并最终改善胶州湾的生态环境,实现可持续发展。

With the improvement of people＇s marine awareness,marine economy has become an important part of our national economy.As a connection hub of the land and ocean,the development intensity of Jiaozhou bay is gradually increased,meanwhile its natural coastline and ecological environment have been destroyed.It is proposed to conduct sea reclamation by co-coordinating land and sea,exerting the Internet technology,introducing the PPP mode and so on,which can benefit the implementation of the blue bay regulation in the Jiaozhou bay.Eventually it will improve the ecological environment of Jiaozhou bay,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
