摘要 高职学生个体差异性较大,传统的课堂授课不能完全满足个体需求,教学效果有待提高,而翻转课堂教学模式给予学生自主学习的自由度较大,通过课前、课中、课后一个完整的教学过程和严格的学习监督手段,提高学生的学习效果。翻转课堂教学模式既照顾了学生个体之间的差异,又培养了学生的学习主动性,在实际教学过程中收到较好的效果。 Since the individual student's differences of higher vocational colleges are remarkable,the traditional teaching mode can't meet the demand of individual anymore,and the teaching effect is also very unsatisfactory.The flipped classroom mode helps the students to feel more free to have selflearning through a complete teaching and learning process,which consists of before class,in-class and after-class teaching and learning,and the strict supervision of learning,so as to improve the learning effect.The flipped classroom mode not only takes the students' difference into consideration,but also motivates the students to learn,by which an amazing effect in the actual teaching process is attained.
