摘要
为了提高紫胶红色素染色羊毛织物的色牢度,探究了紫胶红色素在羊毛织物上染色性能和染色牢度的影响因素。试验结果表明,紫胶红色素高温稳定性好,染色可在90℃以上进行;铁媒染对紫胶红色素染色织物的色相影响较大,而铝媒染的影响较小;采用铝预媒染或单宁酸与紫胶红色素同浴染色后再用铁离子后媒染的方法可以明显提升紫胶红色素染色羊毛织物的色牢度,使得耐皂洗色牢度达到4~5级,日晒牢度达到4级。
In order to improve the color fastness of lac dyed wool fabric, the factors affecting the dyeing performance and color fastness of wool fabrics with lac dye were investigated. The results showed that lac dye was stable under high temperature, and dyeing could be conducted over 90 ℃. Iron mordant had large affect on the hue of lac dyed fabric, while aluminum mordant had smaller influence, The color fastness of lac dyed wool fabrics could be significantly enhanced by aluminum pre-mordant or tannic acid and lac dye bath dyeing and after treated with iron mordant. The soaping fastness of dyed fabric reached level 4-5, and the light fastness reached level 4.
