摘要
采用一步电沉积法制备了石墨烯/聚嘧啶复合膜修饰电极.利用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了甲基对硫磷在该复合膜电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,该复合膜对甲基对硫磷具有灵敏度高、响应速度快等特点.在最佳条件下,甲基对硫磷的峰电流响应与其浓度在0.000 3-2.5μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为0.05nmol/L.该石墨烯/聚嘧啶复合膜修饰玻碳电极也表现出良好的稳定性、重现性和抗干扰能力,并可用于实际样品的检测。
A modified electrode was fabricated by one-step electrodeposition of graphene/polypyrimidine composite film on glass carbon electrode surface(rGO/pAMP/GCE).Electrochemcial behaviors of methyl parathion(MP)on rGO/pAMP/GCE were investigated with Cyclic Voltammetry(CV)and Square Wave Voltammetry(SWV).The results indicated that the rGO/pAMP composite film possesses good sensitivity and fast response for MP.Under the optimal conditions,current response plotted with MP concentration was line in 0.000 3-2.5μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.05nmol/L.The rGO/pAMP/GCE was employed for MP determination in real samples because of its high stability,reproducibility and anti-interference.
