摘要
用R44轻型直升机喷洒2%噻虫啉微胶囊悬浮剂(CS)防治松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope,采用镁化玻片、坐标纸、红纸接收雾滴沉积,统计不同林分不同部位雾滴沉积密度和人为悬挂的松墨天牛死亡率,总体评价防治效果。结果表明:飞防区靶标上沉积雾滴的平均直径为(61.80±28.30)μm,最大雾滴沉积密度可达到13.93个/cm2,随着林分郁闭度增大,单位面积的雾滴数量减少;不同林分不同部位悬挂的松墨天牛死亡率由小到大依次为:密林下层,中密林下层,疏林下层,林冠层;喷药48h后林冠层松墨天牛的死亡率可达95%。R44轻型直升机喷洒2%噻虫啉CS防控松墨天牛能达到一定的防治效果,对进一步遏制及预防松材线虫病有着重要作用。
Thiacloprid2% CS was used in the aerial control of Monochamus alternatus Hope in Furong Resort of Huadu District Guangzhou City in May 2015.Magnesium slide,coordinate paper and red paper were used to select the droplets,and the droplet deposition density and beetle mortality in different stands were counted to evaluate the overall control effect.The result showed that the average diameter of the droplets is(61.80±28.30)μm and the maximum droplet concentration can reach 13.93 per cm2.The number of droplets per unit area decreases with the increase of forest canopy density.The mortality of the pest in canopy was the highest among the four parts in the region with a mortality of 95%48 hours after the application,which showed the aerial control had certain control effect.
