四种杀虫剂对松沫蝉若虫室内毒杀效果

Toxic effect of 4 insecticides against Aphrophoridae flavipes nymph in laboratory

室内测定4种药剂对松沫蝉Aphrophoridae flavipes Uhler若虫的毒力,结果表明:松沫蝉若虫的校正死亡率随着4种药剂浓度的增大而增高;3.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油,0.3%苦参碱水剂,2%高渗苯氧威乳油,3%阿维菌素乳油对松沫蝉2龄若虫的致死中浓度LC50分别为4.309 7,6.516 9,11.006 4,13.564 7μg/mL;4种杀虫剂对松沫蝉若虫均具有较强的毒杀作用。

The toxicity of four insecticides to Aphrophoridae flavipes nymph was determined in laboratory.The results showed the corrected mortality of A.flavipes nymph increased with the concentration of the insecticides.The LC50 of beta-cypermethrin 3.5% EC,matrine 0.3% AS,high permeation fenoxycarb 2% EC and abamectin 3% EC was 4.309 7,6.516 9,11.006 4,13.564 7μg/mL,respectively.All insecticides had strong toxicity to A.flavipes nymph.
