井下局部通风机操作行为PDCA循环控制方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为防止瓦斯积聚,预防瓦斯爆炸事故,从操作行为角度研究煤矿井下局部通风机。首先,划分局部通风机的整个服役周期;其次,基于事故致因"2-4"模型,深入分析局部通风机服役期间的人因失误;最后,对局部通风机服役期间出现的不安全动作进行阶段性、结构化划分。分析结果表明:局部通风机服役周期有选型、安设、运行3个关键阶段,各阶段出现的7大类不安全动作是事故发生的主要行为原因。为此,基于PDCA循环理论,制定出局部通风机整个服役周期的操作行为控制方案。 To avoid gas accumulation,and then to prevent gas explosion accidents,this study was made on underground local ventilators from the perspective of operation acts. Firstly,a service cycle of local ventilators was arranged. And then,human errors were analyzed based on the accident causation ''2-4'' model. Finally,unsafe acts appeared during the service cycle of local ventilators were arranged periodically and modularly. The results show that the service cycle of the local ventilators can be divided into 3 critical stages,namely,a model selection stage,an installation stage,and an operation stage,and 7 kinds of unsafe acts performed by the workers on the ventilators are major behavior causes of the accidents. Therefore,based on PDCA loop,a control scheme aimed at operation acts on the local ventilators was designed.
