摘要
为提高我国煤矿不安全行为管理水平,选取王庄煤矿为研究对象,采用前因-行为-结果(ABC)分析法分析矿工的不安全行为意向及意向性不安全行为。运用灰色关联分析法计算二者之间的关联度,建立基于ABC分析法的意向性不安全行为改善模型。运用该模型对王庄煤矿实施为期一个季度的安全管理。实施结果显示,用此模型进行管理,能使矿工意向性不安全行为减少33.3%。实施效果说明,通过利用ABC分析法,对行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制3方面进行改善,有助于降低矿工不安全行为意向水平,进而减少意向性不安全行为。
In order to reduce the level of coal mine employees' unsafe behavior management,Wangzhuang coal mine was taken as an object of study,and its employees' unsafe behavioral intention and intentional unsafe behavior were analyzed by using ABC analysis method. Correlation degrees were calculated between three indicators of the intention and the behavior by using the gray relational analysis. An ABC analysis-based model was built for improving intentional unsafe behavior. The model was applied to safety management of Wangzhuang coal mine for one season. The results of the implementation showed that the model can decreasethe occurrences of intentional unsafe behavior by 33.3 percent.It was found that the improvement of behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control by using ABC analysis can help reduce the level of coal mine employees' unsafe behavioral intention,which helps to reduce the occurrence of coal mine employees' intentional unsafe behavior.
