试议新媒体环境下的地方电视新闻变革路径

Local TV News Reform Approach in the Frontage of New Media

以互联网技术为中心的新媒体的兴起给众多传统媒体带来挑战和冲击,技术水平、资源配置等相对处于劣势的地方电视台首当其冲。地方电视新闻在内容上平淡无奇、播出模式单向线性无互动,其传播劣势不断凸显。新媒体大行其道,地方电视新闻节目的生存空间越发狭窄,其变革之路也愈发艰难。地方电视新闻变革可从建立地方新闻资源交换中心、打造地方媒体融合的传播平台、发掘符合本地特色和受众接受习惯的表达方式、提升地方电视新闻信息增值服务水平等方面着手。

Based on internet technology, the rise of new media brings numerous challenges and impactson traditional media organizations, especially to those who are weak in technological level and resourceallocation. Because of the monotonous program content and the one-way broadcast mode, local TV newsexposes its weakness day by day. Moreover, the upgrowing of new media immediately squeeze the livingspace of traditional media, the approach of its change is also increasingly difficult. After analyzing thelimitations of the new media environment and the characteristics of local television news programs, thethesis enumerate the impacts of local TV news which is brought by new media, especially network newsand video, and try to provide four approaches for local TV news, namely, establishing local newsresource exchange center, building local media convergence platform, exploring the proper expressions inconsistent with audiences' habits and local characteristics, as well as improving the quality of value-added services of local TV news.
