摘要
针对某电厂600 MW超临界锅炉再热器出口蒸汽温度偏低、水冷壁结焦及NO_x排放质量浓度高等问题,对锅炉燃烧器进行改造:主燃烧器采用水平浓淡燃烧器,SOFA燃烧器由原来的水平摆动改造为垂直、水平均能摆动;同时减小切圆燃烧直径。改造后,炉膛水冷壁结焦现象得到明显改善;在炉膛正常吹灰的情况下,不再出现水冷壁结焦、灰斗堵塞等问题;再热器出口蒸汽温度由541℃提高至568℃;SCR脱硝装置入口NO_x质量浓度降低约160 mg/m3,脱硝装置出口NO_x质量浓度低于50 mg/m3。此次改造对解决同类问题有一定的指导意义。
Reheat steam temperature is lower than the design value, furnace coking and NOx emission is higher on a 600 MW supercritical boiler in a power plant. Burner is improved: horizontal burner is adopted for reducing NOx emission, SOFA burner can swing up and down or the radius of tangential firing is reduced. After improvement, phenomenon of coking on the water-cooling wall is better than before. In the case of normal soot blowing, there is no more coking situation and ash clogging for the water-cooling wall of furnace. Outlet temperature of reheater steam is increased form 541℃ to 568℃ compared to the past. NOx emission of denitrification device inlet is reduced by 160 mg/m3, outlet emission less than 50 mg/m3. The improvement of the same kind of problems have a certain guiding significance.
