摘要
黄河万家寨水利枢纽有限公司龙口水电站机组调速器系统在2015年3—5月频繁出现控制通道双机自动切换的异常现象,根据调速器双机切换逻辑程序进行故障原因排查,通过对控制通道元件的反馈信号波形进行录波分析,确定了故障原因是调速器驱动板调零调幅运算放大器芯片性能下降造成导叶反馈信号断线,进而造成调速器双机频繁自动切换。采取修改调节器程序、增加滤波功能、更换驱动板芯片、减少反馈信号干扰电平等措施后,从根本上解决了调速器双机故障切换的问题。

Longkou Hydropower Station turbine governor system frequently occurded abnormal phenomena of dual channel automatically switch control from March to May 2015, according to the governor of dual computer switching logic programs, troubleshoot the cause of the malfunction, through control channel element feedback signal waveforms analysis, determined the failure cause of the driving plate adjusting zero amplitude modulation part operational amplifier chip performance degradation caused by the governor of double frequent automatic switching. To solve the phenomenon of dual machine fault switching, the governor was adopted to modify the program, add filter function, replace the driver board chips, reduce the interference level of the feedback signals, solved the fault completely.
