摘要 以三维软件UG为设计平台,有限元软件ANSYS Workbench为分析工具,对2K-H行星齿轮减速器的核心传动装置进行了静力学与模态特性分析.通过对行星轮系的静力学分析,得到了模型的等效应力、应变和安全因子云图.最后对行星轮系装配体进行了模态分析,得到了系统的前六阶模态振型,为后续行星轮系进一步的动力学及运动学分析奠定了基础. Based on 3D design software UG and finite element software ANSYS Workbench, we analyzed the statics and modal characteristics for transmission gear train in 2K-H planetary reducer and obtained the equivalent elastic strain, equivalent stress and safety factor nephogram by statics analysis for planetary gear train. And then, we made a modal analysis of the transmission gear train,and obtained the first six modal shapes. This study laid a foundation for the further analysis of the dynamics and kinematics.
