摘要
以牡蛎壳为主要原料通过和膨润土的混合改性,制备了空心环型废水除磷材料.探讨了不同煅烧温度和不同样品配比条件下的废水除磷效果,从而选择最佳制备条件,并采用紫外分光光度法测定废水中磷的含量.结果表明,膨润土与牡砺壳以1∶3的比例在700℃煅烧时除磷效果最好,与废水接触10min后除磷率达到99.5%.
By mixing the main raw material of oyster shells with bentonite for modification, hollow ring material was prepared for phosphorus removal from wastewater. The effects of different calcinations' temperature and sample ratio on phosphorus removal were studied, and the optimum preparation conditions were selected. The content of phosphorus in wastewater was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that when bentonite and oyster shell were calcined at 700 DEG C with the ratio of 1:3, the phosphorus removal effect was the best, and removal rate reached 99.5%after 10 min contact with wastewater.
