摘要
传统空调遥控器的硅胶按键在长期使用的情况下,存在导电材料易磨损易脏污导致按键失灵,以及按键文字易脱落的问题,提出一种电容式触控空调遥控器设计方案来解决这些问题.本方案所使用的触控芯片BS82C16A-3集成化程度高,并提供触控按键库函数以及触控开发平台,大大节约硬件成本及开发时间.通过对LCD显示与触控按键面板的设计、系统硬件电路及软件设计的介绍,可以了解到如何使用BS82C16A-3 MCU搭配较少的元器件来实现整个设计.
The conductive material of traditional air conditioner remote controller with silica gel key is easy to get dirty and out of order, and prints on the key is easy to flake because of long-term use.This article has introduced a design of air conditioner remote controller with capacitive touch keys to solve these problems. BS82C16A-3 has high degree of integration, and HOLTEK also provides touch key library functions and workshop. Therefore hardware cost and development time can be reduced.Through the introduction of LCD display and design of capacitive touch keys, hardware circuits and software design, we can know how to use BS82C16A-3 MCU with few components to finish the design.
