摘要
在生物医学领域,二维图像获取的主要技术有X线、CT、MRI、超声扫描和组织病理切片等。三维重建技术可利用二维图像获得三维结构的立体形态和空间关系,为生物医学研究提供进一步的图像信息。本文对生物医学图像三维重建技术的临床应用及研究进展作一综述。
In the biomedical field, two-dimensional images are mainly obtained through X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound scans, tissue pathological slicing technology, etc. Three-dimensional reconstruction based on two-dimensional images can achieve three-dimensional structure and spatial relationship, providing further image information for biological medical studies. This paper reviews the recent progress and clinical application of three-dimensional reconstruction technique based on biomedical images.
