《中国新诗史》第三卷叙述了中国现代新诗第三个十年的历史,以大量的作家作品分析来确定各位诗人与各个流派的诗史地位,是一部精到的、深刻的、全面的历史。论文通过第八章关于冯至《十四行集》的论述,来探讨作者在文学史叙述上所形成的特点,以及在学术观念与学术方法上所形成的优势。比较的眼光与历史的方法是其文学史叙述之所以达到很高境界的最重要的因素,也是作者给我们最大的学术启示。

A History of Chinese New Poetry（ Volume Three） relates the third ten-year history of Chinese new poetry and determines the respective status of various poets and schools in the poetry history through an analysis of numerous poets and their poems,hence a history of delicacy,profundity and comprehensiveness. This paper aims to explore Lu＇s traits in his narration of the literary history and his vantages in academic concepts and academic methods by expounding Feng Zhi＇s Sonnets Section in Chapter Eight. The comparative vision and the historical method are the key to the success of the book as well as the most wonderful enlightenment for us.
