摘要
本文利用强制正态化技术,将绩效评价在一级指标上的原始得分转化为等距量表分数,建立了绩效计量的二次量化模型,解决了绩效原始得分加权求和法计量绩效存在的科学性问题。结合实际案例分析了该模型有效性及局限性形成的内部机制,并提出了在实践中结合具体需要合理使用该模型的建议。
By forcing normalization technology, this article presents to convert the original scores obtained from performance evaluation index into interval scale scores. It also establishes Secondary Quantitative Model of Metering Teacher Performance(SQMMTP). The SQMMTP solves the problem of evaluating teacher performance by applying weighted summation method to original index scores. In addition, this article discusses the internal mechanism of the validity and limitation of the model by combining model with actual case, and makes recommendations of the rational use of model in practice.
