摘要
通过近三年对浙江省高校毕业生毕业一年后的就业情况跟踪调查发现,浙江省高校应届毕业生的离职率均在40%以上,高于全国平均水平。究其原因,是与毕业生对自身发展空间有更高期盼、高校对职业生涯教育不够重视和用人单位薪酬水平偏低等因素有关。据此,本文从毕业生自身综合素质提升、高校职业生涯教育和用人单位提供良好的发展平台等方面提出相应对策,以期降低离职率,提高大学毕业生就业稳定性。
After nearly three-year investigation for the employment situation of college graduates in Zhejiang Province, the survey found that the turnover rate of college graduates in the province is more than 40%, and significantly higher than the national average. Investigating its reason, it is possible that the graduates' development spaces have higher expectations, the university is not enough to pay attention to career education, and the units who employ these graduates provide low level of compensation and other reasons. According to this, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate and improve the employment stability of university graduates in order to reduce the turnover rate.
