CT与MRI对中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值比较

The Comparison on Diagnostic Values of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Central Nervous System Infection

目的:探讨中枢神经系统感染(CNSI)应用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)与磁共振成像(MRI)的诊断价值。方法:选取2014年2月-2016年2月本院收治的148例CNSI患者作为观察组,另择同期于本院体检的148例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均依次进行CT与MRI检查,记录并比较两组CT与MRI检测异常率及观察组中各类型CNSI患者CT与MRI检测异常率。结果:观察组CT与MRI检测异常率分别为53.38%和90.54%,高于对照组的4.73%和14.19%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组隐球菌脑膜炎、病毒性脑膜炎、脑囊虫病、结核性脑膜炎及化脓性脑膜炎MRI检测异常率均明显高于CT检测异常率,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CNSI患者临床应用CT与MRI检查均能达到一定诊断效果,但MRI诊断价值更为明显,具有较高临床参考价值。

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of electronic computed tomography（CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection （CNSI）.Method：From February 2014 to February 2016,148 cases of CNSI in our hospital were selected as the observation group and another 148 cases of healthy physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Two groups were followed by CT and MRI examination,CT and MRI abnormal rate of detection,detection abnormal rates of CT and MRI in all types of CNSI patients of two groups were recorded and compared.Result：The detection abnormal rates of CT and MRI in the observation group were respectively 53.38% and 90.54%,significantly higher than 4.73% and 14.19% of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The cryptococcal meningitis,viral encephalitis,cysticercosis,tuberculosis meningitis and purulent meningitis of observation group MRI abnormal rate were significantly higher than that in CT abnormal rate,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical applications of CT and MRI in patients with CNSI can both achieve a certain diagnostic effect,but the value of MRI diagnosis is more obvious,has a high clinical reference value.
