良性前列腺增生患者社会支持状况与生活质量的相关性

Correlation between Social Support and Quality of Life in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者社会支持状况与生活质量的相关性,为针对性地采取护理干预措施提供理论依据。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年10月在宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院泌尿科治疗的110例BPH患者作为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和普适性简明健康调查问卷SF-36中文版对患者进行调查分析。结果:BPH患者社会支持总分、主观支持、社会支持利用度均低于10城市组(P<0.05);客观支持高于10城市组(P<0.01)。主观支持、社会支持利用度及社会支持总分与生理功能(PF)、躯体疼痛(BP)、情感职能(RE)呈正相关(P<0.05);客观支持与PF、BP呈正相关(P<0.05);社会支持各维度及总分均与一般健康状况(GH)呈显著负相关(P<0.01);客观支持与生理职能(RP)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:BPH患者社会支持状况总体较低,应针对性地采取社会支持护理干预措施;BPH患者的社会支持与生活质量呈密切相关关系,改善或提高患者的社会支持状况,可提高其生活质量。

Objective：To discuss the correlation between social support and quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）,and to provide theoretical basis for the targeted nursing interventions. Method：From October 2013 to October 2015, 110 patients with BPH were selected in the Department of Urology of Ningbo Medical Treatment Center Lihuili hospital.The social support rating scale （SSRS） and SF-36 Chinese version was used to analyze the patients with BPH.Result：The total score of social support,subjective support and social support utilization of the BPH patients were lower than those of the 10 urban groups （P〈0.05）.Objective support was higher than the 10 urban group （P〈0.01）.Physical Functioning （PF）,Bodily Pain（BP） and Role-Emotional（RE） were positive1y related or significantly positively related to the total score of social support, subjective support and social support utilization （P〈0.05）.PF and BP were positive1y related to objective support （P〈0.05）.General health（GH） was significantly negatively related to social support of all dimensions and total score（P〈0.01）.Role-Physical（RP） was negatively related to objective support（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：BPH patients social support lower the overall situation, should be to take social support nursing intervention measures. BPH patients social support and quality of life is closely related to and improve the patients’ social support condition, and it can improve the quality of life.
