缩短双J管留置时间对尿路结石术后患者临床疗效及预后的影响

Effect of Shorten the Double J Tube Indwelling Time for Curative Effect and Prognosis of Patients with Urinary Stones

目的:探讨缩短双J管留置时间对尿路结石术后患者临床疗效及预后的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月本院确诊治疗的尿路结石患者96例,依据随机分配原则分为长留组和短留组,每组48例。所有患者均给予常规尿路结石手术治疗并留置双J管,其中长留组双J管留置时间为4周,短留组双J管留置时间为2周,拔除双J管后随访3个月,应用日常生活质量量表(ADL)评估患者生活质量,比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况、护理满意情况、拔管前及拔管后1、2、3个月生活质量。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);短留组并发症发生率低于长留组,护理满意率、拔管后1、2、3个月生活质量评分均高于长留组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缩短尿路结石术后患者双J管留置时间可有效减少并发症的发生,有利于提高患者护理满意度和生活质量,且可确保手术疗效,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective：To discuss the effect of shorten the double J tube indwelling time for curative effect and prognosis of patients with urinary stones.Method：From January 2014 to December 2015,96 cases of urinary stones were selected in our hospital,they were divided into the long leave group and short leave group according to the random distribution,each group had 48 cases.all patients were received routine surgical operation in treating urinary stones and indwelling double J tube,long leave group would indwelling double J tube for 4 weeks and short leave group would indwelling double J tube for 2 weeks,all patients were followed up for 3 months after pulled double J tube,daily life quality scale （ADL） was used to evaluate patients quality of life,the curative effect, nursing satisfaction,complication,quality of life for 1,2,3 months after extubation and before extubation of two groups were compared.Result：Two groups of clinical efficacy was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in the short leave group was lower than the long leave group,nursing satisfaction rate,quality of life for 1,2,3 months after extubation were higher than the long leave group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shorten the postoperative patients with urinary stones double J tube indwelling time can effectively reduce the happening of the complications,can improve patient care satisfaction and quality of life,it can ensure the surgical treatment effect and worthy of clinical further promotion.
